Our jumbo fox nuts are sourced directly from Mithila wetlands in Bihar-the GI-recognized heartland of makhana cultivation. We partner with generational aquatic harvesters to select only mature, sun-dried kernels.
Slow Dry-Roasted, Zero Palm Oil
Never submerged in commercial frying oil. Each batch is dry-tumbled in radiant-heat pans to achieve a featherweight, airy crunch, then lightly glazed with cold-pressed virgin oil to lock in freshly ground spices.
